Good customer service
I choose this program to create animation videos for the organization I work for. There was a couple a bumps in the road for me as I come to learn what I do and do not have access to with the plans. But every time I contacted Powtoon, someone has been quick to respond and very accommodating.

I was really pleased you were able to sort out my issue with an error in an embed code from an old Powtoon that needed updating. I'm in New Zealand so was particularly impressed with the rapid responses given the time zone differences.
