Good communication with Powtoon

I love Powtoon and in the last year, I did not have many opportunities to get to use it. So, I wanted to cancel my subscription. Powtoon staff reached to me and we were able to work out something and will work for me. Good communication.

I registered with Powtoon as part of a course to learn how to utilise the features to create a video for work. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I didn't get to complete the course in allocated time. I contacted Powtoon and received excellent prompt and helpful customer service. Helpful and Effective Customer Service

I received a very attentive and kind support. Initially, I faced some tech issues and restrictions, but even as a beginner and free user who lives in another country, the powtoon support team was perfect, they solved my issues, and saved my work in a very professional and kind way. I will definitely recommend powtoon. Special thanks to Ron who worked hard answering patiently to all my questions.

Finding solutions

More than once, the Powtoon support team has shown that they are willing to help solve my problem, offering ideas and work arounds when their product may not yet offer the solution. For example, I wanted to end my video without the music track playing (i.e., have silence). They recommended an MP3 editor to customize my music file. That was helpful.

Outstanding Customer Relationships

This is solely a customer service review. These people are amazing and will help you within minutes most times in my experience. What a great benefit to know that if you need something from them they are there for you. I’ve whined and complained to them, and I’ve presented them with problems I’m having, and they have been incredibly responsive and professional on both accounts. We found the experience with the customer service team to be outstanding. The responded quickly and though could not resolve the issue straight away offered a temporary solution which was much appreciated and enabled us to get our project out for client approval.
