Very friendly and helpful support team
Very friendly and helpful support team, always answering very fast. Everybody really tries to help, but this time the solution took a long time and in the end the problem was solved with my suggestions. The problems were caused because my Powtoons were outdated, as I was told. Noone would explain why that happenend and I really hope that won‘t happen regularly. Really helpful support team
I've been a pro subscriber for about 5 years, and my experience as a customer has always been great. I've made produced tons of fun e-Learning videos and Powtoon's support team is awesome.

Make Educator Pricing More Visible, it's really doable!!
Customer service was great. I wish that the live chat would have worked, though. Also, you have some prices REALLY LARGE on your pricing page. But, the word educator is really, really small. I think a much bigger font should be used for the "other" pricing plans so people see them. Had I not asked, I never would have even thought about paying that price that came up. However, now that I see the educator price, I will be sharing it with my peers so that they sign up!
