Project recovery
I accidentally deleted a project I was working on and the Powtoon help desk support promptly recovered the project back to my workspace.

Work got deleted
When I came back to continue my work in Powtoon, I got a message "The Powtoon you are requesting may have been deleted." And couldn't find it in my work space so I asked for help. Both Gisele and Kenny accomodated me really well. They asked me what video it was and sent me a screenshot of the videos that I deleted recently for my reference. Although I could not find it anymore, I appreciate that they responded hours after I asked for help.
