What do you like best about Powtoon? Powtoon makes animation easy for non-animators. Its built-in templates and characters make creating animated videos a snap.

Great customer service!
Customer service (Kenny) was very helpful and kind and the way Powtoon accepted the cancellation of my subscription was very gracious as well. My cancellation of subscription has nothing to do with the excellent product just that I had no use for it at the moment. However Powtoon will still be my first choice if I ever need such an app in the future.

I gave Powtoon 5 stars because the person behind this wonderful creation are very responsive and easy to access. I've successfully changed my name though it was my mistake. Thankyou,Powtoon.

Great customer service and technical support
I had an issue with my Powtoon project not loading. I contacted the support team late in the evening and they fixed the issue straight away. I am very impressed with the customer service and technical support.
