lo use una vez y nunca mas lo usare porque cuando termine un trabajo y tarde 2 horas para que quedara perfecto se empezó a borrar todo y ese tiempo se fue a la basura.

Sorry to be leaving
I love Powtoon but needed to cancel my membership. I didn't know it would auto-renew, and when it did, I contacted Cust. Serv. to cancel it. They replied to me within 24-hours and said they could cancel it retroactively. The refund was initiated immediately. The emails I received were very friendly and helpful. Great job, Powtoon team!
