Miss calculate
Iam looking to make video presentation for 5 minutes and i found powtoon is one of the best. I check the plan and the amount show is cheap, btw the amount didnt show my country currency. So when i click it, it charged me more than what i have see. Then i realised the amount showed earlier is in Usd. Then when i submit a report, the support team respon so fast. Less than 5 minutes the team already give their respon. Salute your guys, iam just sorry with my decision. Its juat too much for me. ...

What do you like best about Powtoon? Powtoon has so many ways to customize your videos. Need different backgrounds? Diverse characters? Multi-staged scenes? Variety of background music? All easy to do with this platform.
