Powtoon Customer Service is very very good…
The Customer Service is very very good i sent a email to them regarding my account info the replied back instantly and solved my problem in just minutes!! Amazing!

The people who helped me were very helpful and respectful.

Сouldn't figure out how to add sounds over the audio track. I contacted tech support and got an answer in a short time. I must say that this is not my first contact with the service, and I have always received a detailed response with explanations. Thank you for your prompt help.

Creating a video in free then upgrading
I created a video but it hadnt saved when I transferred to the paid version, I contacted support and they were very helpful and quickly (few hours) found my updated video. I would say however that you are able to create videos with all the pro and pro+ effects which if you only buy the basic package all disappear and your video doesn't make as much sense then without the added animations. This needs to made clearer please.

I needed to update the account settings…
I needed to update the account settings with a new email, and Powtoons support was super helpful. They answered my initial request for help within a few hours, offered me help, and gave me guidance on how to update our account. They were also considerate of security issues, which made for an extra step on my end, but also made me feel they wanted to keep our account secure. I appreciated their quick response and willingness to help. Great experience.
