Great and helpful customer service!
I have a great experience with Joane when I have trouble with my subscription. She replied me really fast in terms of helping me with the subscription issues + refunding the money.

Was getting errors on a PowerPoint…
Was getting errors on a PowerPoint export from my Powtoon which exported OK as an .MP4. My email to Support was answered within minutes, suggesting I try a lower res on my PPT export, that worked perfect and the PPT looks great even at the lower res.

Powtoon Customer Support Service - prompt reply and kind assistance
I have recently asked for a refund concerning the automatic renewal of my subscription to Powtoon's Education Student plan. I am glad that their customer support service replied promptly and acceded to my request. I must take this opportunity to thank them for their kind help. Very good attitude throughout our conversation by the way! Keep up the good work!

5 Star customer service
I've used powtoons for a little over four years now and anytime I've required their help they've been really quick to respond. On my most recent issue their customer service team replied the very same morning and resolved my query ... on a Saturday! Kudos to Powtoons and the team for providing super quick support on a weekend!
