Quick response
I'm from France and I had trouble with the payment to upgrade my plan from monthly to yearly. After getting in touch with Powtoon's Customer Service through their website, I thought it would take many days to get an answer, BUT 24hours later I got my answer and my problem was solved very quickly. Happy customer 😊

What do you like best about Powtoon? Powtoon is super rich and super easy to use with its intuitive UX that allows non technical marketers to produce high end videos and publish them in minutes.

Excellent tool
Excellent tool! I only needed this for a special project and the customer service support team (particularly Kenny and Jenny) was GREAT! I appreciated their overall patience when I had ongoing questions relating to my projects and appreciated their friendliness/kindness throughout the process!

"Quick and Easy Animated Videos"
What do you like best about Powtoon? I like the easy-to-navigate canvas. It's much more intuitive than it was in the early days. I also like the way I keep seeing them innovate. They are always looking for ways to improve upon the product components as well as the user interface.

Email Change required
I realized after upgrading to a paid subscription that I did so with an incorrect email. I sent a note to CS and very quickly got a response, with specific guidance on how to make a change and then quick resolution to the issue.
