They're really very nice.
I subscribed last year and wasn't planning on renewing it but I overlooked the renewal date and got charged for another year of subscription. I messaged Powtoon and asked if they can reverse the charge (even if it was my lapse) and got a very positive response.A few days later, I was refunded. This made me like Powtoon even more. Thanks for the consideration and I wish you well.

Transfer of Account
All you Helpdesk people (Joane & Jenny) helped me and my colleague in the transfer of our account to a new member of our team. Both of them guide us on every step of the way. And because of that, we were able to resolve our issue/concern. Thanks ladies.

I've only had positive experiences...
I've only had positive experiences with Powtoon customer service. Having had a few technical issues with sharing powtoon, downloading as mp4, and changing email address, Powtoon customer service was very responsive and professional.

Error forgiven
I was charged a second time by mistake, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the customer service who immediately reassured me and explained that they would send me my money back within 5 to 7 days ... it's really rare to find forgiving and honest people nowadays I was pleasantly surprised by their efficiency! Thank you again for your help! Super team! ( I also recommend their website POWTOON it's a very good working tool accessible to all thanks to its simplicity of use )
