Excellent support and ever improving software.
I use Powtoon on the Agency licence, I have been for almost two years. The software has glitches on occassion however it is ever improving and the customer support at my level is as good as one could ever reasonably expect. Polite and helpful and 99% of the time very fast. If you want to use Powtoon as your primary way of making money you do need to learn a couple of other tricks for when you hit the limits of the software but for this style of video making it does a great job and one feels ...

Powtoon is most powerful!
Powtoon is the easiest, most comprehensive online tool for creating snappy explainer videos. The robust amount of templates and assets streamline video construction and still leave enough variability to express yourself creatively. The customer service is top-notch too - a tight team responds quickly to needs and are willing to work for their clients.

Best app for videos and animations
I have tried couple of applications for videos and animations and I think I would rank Powtoon on the top. Ease of use, multiple options for the animations, really good templates and a quite a big collection of images, videos, photos and sounds.
