What do you like best about Powtoon? AVOID - They make updates, making lots of features now in higher priced plans
I logged into our Powtoon account this morning and found that Powtoon have done an update, which means that a lot of the features I was using are now in a higher priced plan. I think this is really bad form of them to do this. It traps people into paying more for something that you originally signed up for on the lower priced plan. I’d understand if they brought out new features and put them into the higher plan, but these are features that have been in the Pro plan for a long time, and ...

Great customer service!
The video I created came out so great! I wanted to share it with my staff. The customer service was quick to not only respond but fix it. I am very happy with the service and love the video. What a great company!
