The email support was very nice!
The email support was very nice! However, I could not raise a ticket through the website (tried several times but didn't receive neither a confirmation nor an error message to tell me if there was something missing). This is an improvement point for you!

There is a gap for us as a company
There is a gap for us as a company. I would like to have used our company font but this is not allowed without an agency license. Support response wasn't great - 'tell us your email', (the one I am sending this from), then 'sad to see you go' no help really. Ok for internal vids etc but not good for branded, customer-focused videos.

Characters not show correctly issues
I had some technical difficulties related to the text characters not show correctly and it was very helpful to get promptly responses quickly from staff members (Customer service dept.) especially from Vincent and Joanne and the technical difficulties have been solved. I am really impressed. The Powtoon software is great in terms of functionality and the easy to use aspect.
