Great customer service/support!
Due to changing departmental needs, we needed to upgrade from Pro to Pro Plus before our year was up. I had questions about the upgrading before the end of our year, so I submitted a ticket online and Gisele got back to me via email very soon. Not only did she answer my question, but she was able to add two months to the Pro Plus plan to make up for still having two months left on our Pro plan.
