Response to my problem was very quick…
Response to my problem was very quick initially and for each exchange me and the support staff. They spent valuable time trying to help me find/resurrect a deleted file. I unfortunately must have over written the final and not deleted it. I fear real conformable with the product now knowing it is supported extremly well.
