Absolutely the best customer service!
Every member that worked with me was amazing. I had an issue after moving jobs and lost access to all the work I’d done. Powtoon customer service was responsive and so helpful. They were able to transfer the work I’d done to a new account-I can’t speak highly enough of the help I got!

What do you like best about Powtoon? very much user friendly, anyone with very minimal knowledge of video editing can easily create animations with Powtoon, learning curve is very less.

What do you like best about Powtoon? I used the pow toon for my book promotion. It is a really neat tool for creating promotional content. And I have watched other videos that content creators made using pow toon that were great too.

Excellent Customer Service Experience
Powtoon's customer service is top notch. Noticed a billing issue (my fault) and contacted Powtoon right away on a Sunday. Was contacted back right away and assured that day that it would be fixed. Billing was rectified within a couple of days as promised. Responsive, available, engaging and credible ... more that you expect these days.
