PowerSchool in the Classroom

What do you like best? I like how I can access Powerschool on many different platforms. I also like being able to look at students profiles. What do you dislike? I don't like how we can not access it on IPads. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am not solving any business problems.

PowerSchool - flexible, powerful student information/grading program

What do you like best? Great out of the box, and can be customized to further fit your needs, by you and not as expensive add-ons. User community is incredible. Gradebook, while right now a Java app, is able to handle many different grading concepts, from traditional to standards based, using whatever scale or scales you want to set up. What do you like best? I like the instantaneous feedback that parents can get about students and students can get about themselves. They can know test scores, homework scores, even attendance as soon as it is input. What do you dislike? I would like more flexibility. What do you like best? I love how PowerSchool and PowerTeacher are extremely user-friendly. Their categories are self-explanatory, Within each category, it is simple to input information and data into them. What do you dislike? I wish that both would have labels. What do you like best? The best thing about PowerSchool is the accessibility across groups. Not only is it very useful as a teacher, but the fact that it can be accessed by students and parents makes the communication process with the family very easy and helpful. What do you like best? PowerSchool was very easy to use. It was easy for me to get information on my students as well as post grades. What do you dislike? There's nothing specific that I dislike. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm keeping track of students' data/information.

PowerSchool is powerful

What do you like best? The ability to have Students data in one place and the ability to feed other feeder databases; instantly. What do you dislike? PowerSchool - mining student data made easier.

What do you like best? Ease of use for the end user. The state reporting is most helpful. We have been extremely satisfied with the hosting services they provide. Down times are rare, but when it does, the problem is quickly solved. They always notify us when they will be doing maintenance and upgrade services.
