What do you like best? I like that not only can the school sites use this program but parents can as well. It is an easy to down load app. and you can keep tabs on all you children grades, absents, and lunch account. Really easy to navigate this program. Pretty Good Program

Good Idea Doomed By Clunky Interface

What do you like best? The concept of the one stop dashboard and control for Powerschool is great and has a lot of potential What do you dislike? The user interface is very clunky, difficult to navigate and customize. After almost a year’s worth of use, I am still struggling to efficiently navigate the program. What do you like best? PowerSchool gives the staff in our district easy access to student information and links directly to online curriculum materials. What do you dislike? It takes some time to learn to navigate the system, but works well once you've been trained. What do you like best? This program is relatively easy to use for attendance, grading and tracking basic student information. What do you dislike? The program does not yet have an mobile teacher app for androids. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Because the program allows teachers to see a student's attendance across classes, we have been able to cut down the number of students who try to skip class.

Easy to use interface

What do you like best? Powerschool has an easy to learn set up. The class rosters and student grades can be quickly accessed, in addition to student demographics. What do you dislike? One of the challenges is the separate admin and teacher portals. It would be helpful if some of the information, such as overall attendance could be pulled up in the teacher portal. Works as it should!

What do you like best? I like that there are numerous ways to search, and it isn’t case-sensitive. It links family members and is pretty user-fri madly. What do you dislike? Running reports is very complicated and difficult. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s comprehensive and fairly user-friendly.
