Easy to use interface for educators

What do you like best? Powerschool is user friendly and easy to navigate. What do you dislike? Sometimes the updates fall during a time that we need to be using it. What do you like best? Ease of use, coupled with the ability to customize almost every aspect. What do you dislike? Extremely useful, but scary and unreliable

What do you like best? It is such a necessary system for keeping track of students, grades, teachers, etc. Once you get down the different ways to use it, it makes sense and you can do a lot and obtain and share a lot of useful information. What do you dislike? It's unreliable - PowerSchool seems to have an outage or some sort of issue multiple times a week, and we rely on it SO MUCH that that causes a lot of problems. What do you like best? Great one stop shop for all management of student data, grades, attendance, and other information. What do you dislike? Difficult to Navigate at times. Navigation for certain information is not as fluid and intuitive as some other products. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I love the customization possibilities and that fact that PowerSchool is responsive to the requests of customers. The support has been very good. We have usually been able to get the product to do what we need. What do you dislike? It is sometimes difficult for our admin staff to get out the data they need. What do you like best? I like the dashboard that provides quick access to student information What do you dislike? Great for parent connection and organization

What do you like best? PowerSchool allows me to have constant connection with parents, parents can see real time updates on how their children are doing in class and where their grade stands. What do you dislike? PowerSchool new interface is a little more complicated than the old program where the grades were calculated before you submitted. Tools That Almost Help Teachers

What do you like best? I like being able to set weights for grades and being able to copy assignments among classes for when the same class is offered multiple times. I also like being able to have grades auto-calculated immediately so that students can see how "what-if scenarios" can impact their future grades. What do you dislike? A Robust Suite of Programs

What do you like best? PowerSchool allows for several different ways of taking attendance: including by picture, by seating chart, or by list. PowerSchool also allows for a lot of different apps that school districts can add so that teachers can find all types of information on their students. What do you dislike? PowerSchool's interface is very clustered. It often takes a lot of effort to wade through what seems to be endless levels of menus to get to the information about students. ...
