"PoliteMail really helps you track your outreach"

What do you like best about PoliteMail? The templates are my favorite! I really like using the templates. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? I wish you can tailor more things, like the ability to use the template and still do more editing to personalize my message more. What problems is PoliteMail solving and how is that benefiting you? I have not had any issues, but for our newsletter redesign we were able to leverage the PoliteMail for email tracking.

The tool also provides the ability to build templates and schedule emails. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? The metrics are a bit difficult to integrate with other BI tools to allow for deeper manipulation. Easier connection to standard BI tools would be greatly beneficial. What do you like best about PoliteMail? It's a simple plug in that's really easy to set up and use. The stats are also easy to access and interpret. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? It's not mobile friendly with Blackberry for Work app, which we use for security reasons. What do you like best about PoliteMail? The PoliteMail team always made time to meet with our team for urgent matters. This was great, especially considering we are on the west coast and they are on the east coast. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? We had a lot of issues with the PoliteMail server in the beginning. We almost cancelled the service. What do you like best about PoliteMail? So far for us, the ability to save resources in PoliteMail for multiple users to take advantage of. To allow one user to create Templates that are easily stored in PoliteMail for everyone to use is very helpful. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? The PoliteMail server itself seems to have issues. Some days we have no problems and everything seems speedy, then other days, getting data out of PoliteMail is slow slow task.
