What do you like best about PoliteMail? I like that I can schedule messages, and track engagement. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? Will it actually send? It depends on the day. I've had to send a message up to four times to get it to actually go. I've spent a lot of time with their tech help and no one can seem t figure out why that happens for me. What do you like best about PoliteMail? Detailed analytics and Outlook integration What do you dislike about PoliteMail? What do you like best about PoliteMail? Easy to use Dan is a quality engineer and good to work with. He has helped us through several implementations and issues. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? What do you like best about PoliteMail? Being able to verify users received messages and whether or not they opened them. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? As an email admin, it's more administrative work on my end to make sure Politemail can legitimately spoof our SMTP domain, but that's a business decision. What problems is PoliteMail solving and how is that benefiting you? Ability to send mass communications and see analytics of who has opened the messages.

What do you like best about PoliteMail? I love the accessibility of the tool - having it directly plugged into Outlook is a game changer. What do you like best about PoliteMail? PoliteMail integrates with Outlook so that we can easily send emails to our existing distribution lists. In addition, it supports HTML email templates, which is a huge benefit. Having a corporate account with 6 designated admins - using shared templates - has greatly improved our workflow.
