What do you like best about PoliteMail? Great tracking metrics- open rate, engagement, read rate, ability to follow up with those who "ignored" HTML templates Easy plug and play What do you dislike about PoliteMail? What do you like best about PoliteMail? Ability to track statistics on email messages What do you dislike about PoliteMail? Originally, we faced a lot of freezing and emails unable to send, but that seems fixed now. What do you like best about PoliteMail? The Tool and software is great with metrics and works well with our large environment What do you dislike about PoliteMail? The customer service starting out was poor. We then voiced our concerns and we are getting slightly better customer service What problems is PoliteMail solving and how is that benefiting you? "Intuitive and easy to use"
What do you like best about PoliteMail? I like how you can input lists to send out emails and create templates. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? What do you like best about PoliteMail? Email tracking is easy to implement and activate and the resulting metrics are very easy to digest. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? Unfortunately, our team struggles on a regular basis with PoliteMail tech issues. We continue to have issues building and updating templates, refreshing metrics, and even getting emails to send from the server on a weekly basis.
