"Overall good, the tool is powerful and useful."

The inability to share drafts with colleagues. Because it uses Outlooks formatting tools some users find it challenging to use as the Outlook formatting tools are not the most intuitive. What do you like best about PoliteMail? It is pretty intuitive and easy to use. I like the internal tracking and metrics reporting. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? Pulling metrics is very slow. What do you like best about PoliteMail? The theory of PoliteMail - the ability to upload custom lists (rather than copy/pasting), customize emails (name, title etc.), track results and format with HTML within Outlook.
