What do you like best about PoliteMail? It's so great that it works inside the firewall of my organization What do you dislike about PoliteMail? The templates are not so great, but I think it's more Outlook than actual PoliteMail What problems is PoliteMail solving and how is that benefiting you? Just having that level of understanding about why people are engaging or not engaging with content is valuable

What do you like best about PoliteMail? The indepth metrics that PoliteMail provides is very insightful and helps us really evaluate what is working and what iisn't. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? The interface. Because it is Outlook based, everything takes a while to load. If there were some type of URL users could travel to things would go much better. "Not as helpful as it should be."
What do you like best about PoliteMail? Smart attachments by far is the best feature. Because of the need to upload and/link to multiple documents in messaging it has helped to let our employees access the information they need without being inside our firewall. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? It may be a problem on our side. I have never ben able to send to the expanded distribution lists. "It gets the job done"
What do you like best about PoliteMail? It's fast and easy to use. I like how it's in house and very easy to use without having to continuously login over and over like other email marketing platforms. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? The user interface needs to be improved to work with high resolution 4k monitors. "Good for metrics - slow to use"
What do you like best about PoliteMail? I like the metrics/reporting features which gives us good insights What do you dislike about PoliteMail? Slow to use - sometimes buggy and emails do not send immediately at certain times, I believe due to server issues What problems is PoliteMail solving and how is that benefiting you? Metrics - provides insights into what is being read/engaged with and what is not. Allows us to cut down on certain emails.

What do you like best about PoliteMail? Business loves the results/reports/information. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? Server/Client versions must remain equal. This makes upgrading very difficult. Old clients shold still function on Newer servers, albeit without feature updates. What problems is PoliteMail solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about PoliteMail? The support team are responsive which is always a relief when/if something goes wrong or you need advice. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? I feel like the platform can be a bit clunky to use and sometimes for us - perhaps due to our ICT systems - we have issues with the analytics being inaccurate.
