Organized and well thought out site to monitor and generate ratings/review.
What do you like best? What I like most about Podium is that you can choose specific templates for the text/email that gets sent to the customer. You can also monitor the conversation and send a follow up reminder text/email with a different template. This allows for easy tracking and ensuring you are taking advantage of all angles of the sales process. What do you dislike? I dislike how sometimes I get a flood of notifications of old NEGATIVE reviews (2+ years old) in the ...

Podium ends "telephone tag" with customers
What do you like best? When we text customers using Podium, we get almost immediate responses back. So many people filter their phone calls that most of phone calls to customers go to their voicemail and then we wait hours or days for replies. Using Podium to text customers generally gets us a reply within minutes. What do you dislike? Not so much a dislike as something on the learning curve. Our POS system initially generated a text to the customers as soon as a transaction was ...

Helpful Business Tool
What do you like best? Instantaneous business impact. Many more leads from our website, with a much more direct channel of communication with patients as opposed to traditional email forms. Many helpful tools (webchat, leads, review solicitation in one easy link, internal feedback, payments, etc) What do you dislike? Nothing! It offers lots of great business tools in one convenient spot. A little pricy compared to competitors, but we feel the value is worth it at this time. ...

I would highly recommend Podium to everyone!
What do you like best? The best part about podium is the webchat and payment features. We signed on for help with our reviews which went very well and now we are communicating with our customers through text more often and creating really great experiences for them. What do you dislike? Podium is a little more expensive than some of the other services but I think its functionality and support more than make-up for the extra price. If there is a feature you want just let them ...

Podium is easy to navigate and very user-friendly.
What do you like best? The graphical user interface on the mobile app. Podium is well-designed, simple, and easy for one to learn it's function without a walk-through or instructions on how to do so. I also like that there is an option to post in a grouped thread or directly to one specific person. What do you dislike? I wish there was an option to reply to one specific person's comment on the group threads. Recommendations to others considering the product: I recommend ...

Great program that makes managing your online reputation for multiple accounts a breeze
What do you like best? I am in charge of 6 dealerships, going on 7 in December, and it would be so difficult to track and respond to negative reviews and manage my online reputation without Podium, so I like the ease of tracking multiple stores/accounts in one place. It is also quite easy to look at month to month and year to year changes of my stores reputations to see any changes or disparities in the data so you know what you need to fix. What do you dislike? It can sometimes ...

Excellent platform for curating reviews
What do you like best? Ease of user. Sending review invites is quick and easy. What do you dislike? So far it has done everything we need it to. Always interested in new integrations and options. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you're looking to grow your online review base, podium is a great option! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed the ability to quickly and easily send invites to ...

Good but could be improved
What do you like best? Centralized inbox for various platforms. What do you dislike? Misleading promises from sales, inability to manage inbox notifications, costs per location, no general texting line. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's expensive but allows for easy solicitation of reviews and feedback. Sales reps might overpromise on what it can do. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Clients can ...

Great Aggregation Tool, Mediocre Service
What do you like best? Podium is a great tool for aggregating multiple reviews for a variety of locations. The web chat tool is also fairly comprehensive and works will with Google My Business. What do you dislike? The backend of the tool is very locked down. When we need to make changes to the platform we have to reach out to our account rep and often times it takes them a while to make the desired changes. Their attention to detail is sometimes lacking, which leads to ...
