A great way to communicate with your customers.
What do you like best? I love being able to respond to customers on one platform rather than several different platforms. What do you dislike? Sometimes we will get random reviews from years ago, and that’s a little strange. It would also be nice to reply to Facebook messages for longer than 7 days. Our 4 and 5 star reviews have SKYROCKETTED
What do you like best? As everyone knows, most customers will only seek out your business to leave a review if they had a negative experience. Customers talk and angry customers talk loud. With Podium, all of our customers are sent a link to leave us a review. We have a split, where some are reviews and some are NPS. Podium is a great tool for smooth handling of our online reviews.

Excellent texting app, the best program to reach technicians
What do you like best? I love the fact that I am able to save pre-formatted templates, as well as save technician names and numbers. The notifications come in immediately, and I even get an email in my email inbox to ensure I have received the notification. It has prompted links, and encourages you to label each customer by their first and last name. What do you like best? Ease of function and real time texting, no significant lag. This has approved our patient engagement and ability to promptly contact them. What do you dislike? Wonderful Service, Gets results!
What do you like best? Customers find it easy to use and quick to reply with, as result we have seen a greater amount of engagement than with other systems. The easier it is for customers the better it is for us. More customers are also using it to message with us than we expected. The inbox allows quick identification of customers and there status.
