An excellent platform to enhance/optimize existing customer interactions
What do you like best? Podium is easy to use while providing tools that allow us to provide great customer service while not dedicating a person to a phone conversation. The included ability to use templates for conversations greatly speeds up the process of informing customers of repetitive actions such as: past due invoices, appointment reminders, and requests to review our service on Google/Facebook. Customer Interaction made easy
What do you like best? It's helpful to see the accountability regarding reviews and responses. There's so many platforms that we are able to receive reviews from and have customers try to communicate with us... podium puts it all in one place. I also like the "close" options. It allows us all to see what needs our attention and essentially check it off the to do list. Seriously, I love the fact it reduces the amount of emails I use to get prior to using podium. Great tool
What do you like best? Very easy to send review links and messages. What do you dislike? Does not have review links to multiple sites but only dealer rater. Recommendations to others considering the product: Keep using it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Speed on which I can send reviews. Customers appreciate the quickness and easiness to get to the review.

What do you like best? The weekly tracking reports are good to see our progress - it's also a great motivator for our staff to get reviews from customers What do you dislike? We've been very pleased so far with Podium. They are always ready to help with anything we need.
What do you like best? Ease of use for us using the app and ease of use for our customers being able to easily contact us without calling. What do you dislike? Unable to integrate PestPac with Podium without having to pay a large amount of money to do so. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our calls have decreased since having Podium to use as an alternative form of communication.

Amazing Software - Some Minor Glitches
What do you like best? I love the ability to be able to tell if I am texting a landline phone vs. cellphone, the ability to have one tool for team communication vs. customer communication. Having the leaderboard available let's me track my stats for communication from week to week, and I seem to be able to get a hold of customers a lot easier with less pushback from them, with Podium. We send pics to customers so they see their collision repair in process. Pic says 1,000 words!

Great way to combine everything into one app

We just launched Feedback, which has both cut down the amount of calls from Customer Service to our customers after delivery, but we are getting more and better responses to the quality of the delivery.
