What do you like best? I like how I can manage 26 individual franchises and review from their Google and Facebook pages all in one place. I didn't expect to ever have a tool for this and Podium steps up to serve my needs nicely! I love how we can arrange to send our clients a prompting to fill out a review of our businesses. What do you like best? We are a marketing agency and we use podium for our clients reputation management. We've seen tremendous growth in reviews for our clients. What do you like best? I love how easy to use podium is. I can talk with a client about their experience, and ask them to leave a review. GREAT WAY TO REACH OUT TO CUSTOMERS

What do you like best? I LIKE THE FACT THAT OUR GUEST'S GET NOTIFIED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. THEY GET A TEXT MESSAGE AFTER MY INVOICE IS CLOSED. THEY ALSO GET TO CHOOSE WHICH SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLET THEY WANT TO SUBMIT A REVIEW ON. What do you like best? I love that I can communicate with my customers through a texting platform without having to use my personal cell phone number. What do you dislike?
