Great and easy way to get customer reviews

What do you like best? The ease of use, just need email and send a link.... and done What do you dislike? Doesnt seem like all requests make it to customer, they have told me they left a review and it never showed up. Recommendations to others considering the product: use it!!! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer satisfaction, keeping people happy by getting good reviews.

What do you like best? Podium has helped us get way more google reviews in the short time we had it, than all of last year. We are able to make review invites effortless and painless for our customers.Podium also has allowed us to reach out to our customers via texting. What do you like best? I like that Podium does a great job at organizing conversations by the responsible employee. Podium also allows for the integration of other programs such as Service Titan, slack, angies list and various others.
