What do you like best? That I am able to contact my customers at all times, and when customers come in and other stuff people have been working with them... We can look on Podium to see who it was. What do you dislike? Sometimes when we send our customers a link to give us a review, the page will not open or allow the customer to do so. What problems are you solving with the product? It is very simple to use!

What do you like best? I Live that it is very convenient to use. Either you can use the app on your cell phone, or the computer. The visuals on the computer slightly differs but he icons still match. What do you dislike? It may not be Podium but occasionally it lags. You may enter a number or name but somehow it will glitch and not go through. What do you like best? The review portal and website text features are both awesome. What do you dislike? It's expensive, but there is a good ROI on the investment. What do you like best? The Podium app is so helpful throughout my day it gives my clients a word into the company. I have had so much success with the PODIUM app . My clients LOVE the app it gives them first hand information to our company. Also the way it's been designed it covers everything. I've personally have had several 5 star reviews, and our company gets together every first Wednesday of the month and they get read in front of the all the company's employees.
