Great Program!

What do you like best? Podium makes it easy to stay in contact with clients. It's fast and easy to use, allowing us to quickly contact clients and associates and allowing clients to quickly ask questions of us. We use it to send pictures to clients of furniture and it's super easy to do from the app on your phone. We like that it saves the messages so we can go back to them if need be. What do you like best? you can text from the company computer , What do you dislike? it shows everyone in the company's text messages Recommendations to others considering the product: very easy to use , has templates that are good for what you need . That we can invite customers who are calling in with great feedback to the website for easy access to submit a web review- Sometimes if there is not an easy click to go to solution it gets left at the call and time isnt taken to go to web. Amazing Resource for a business

What do you like best? When we have difficulty reaching a customer via email or call, this allows one more method to reach them. What do you dislike? Occasionally the templates with quotes are not visible to our potential customers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've been able to get in touch with customers whom were never responsive to our calls or emails. Our technicians also have a much easier way to request a review.
