Great way to communicate with and get feedback from customers!

What do you like best? Using podium lets me solicit for reviews easily and quickly to help promote my business online. It also lets me text communicate with those who have questions. What do you dislike? I havent found anything so far that I would say dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We actually can get people yo do google and facebook reviews that other potential customers can see. It is great for that.

What do you like best? I love that when Im taking a call with another client I can message another client. Its super fast and convenient and you can definitely schedule more calls. Also some clients don't like to talk on the phone so texting is easier for them ! What do you dislike? Podium is very helpful.

What do you like best? Podium makes it easy to just send a text, review or just basic conversation. It helps keep contact with employees. What do you dislike? That it doesn't alert you like a regular text message. No sound or anything. You have to keep checking it. Other than that it works perfect.
