Great way for instant communication

What do you like best? Its super easy to add contacts and message them. Being able to have an instant response in this day and age when no one wants to pick up the phone is absolutely wonderful. What do you like best? The most helpful part of podium is the reviews we have coming in for our company. It is user friendly. What do you like best? How easy is to text customers back and forth. What do you dislike? There are some glitches more often than I would expect. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Some customers cannot answer a phone call but they can reply to texts, that facilitate the communication.
