Necessary for the times
What do you like best? Although texting is not our dealership personnels preferred way to contact our guests it is something that is expected and necessary to be able to reach all of our guests. Great product, changed the way we outreach!

Great experience so far
What do you like best? I love that all my stores leads are filtered into one bucket. It makes it easy for me to oversee what my internet agents are saying to who. Also i love the ability to transfer conversations to other people while the customer doesn’t know. What do you dislike? I don’t like that i can’t respond to dealer rater reviews within podium. Podium has helped my business!
What do you like best? I love that it gives me direct updates right to my phone and enables an immediate connection with my potential customer What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike! Podium is great! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Through email you never know if a customer has opened your response. Quick and simple
What do you like best? I like how easy Podium is for clients to use. Oftentimes clients will just have a quick question about stock availability or pricing and Podium gives them an easy way to contact us. What do you dislike? I wish that there was an email prompt every 24 hours for an unanswered, still open podium request. Sometimes people miss the podiums they are assigned and they go unanswered.
