Great way for instant communication

What do you like best? Its super easy to add contacts and message them. Being able to have an instant response in this day and age when no one wants to pick up the phone is absolutely wonderful. What do you dislike? Not having authorization to open any preexisting message, and having to wait for someone to unlock the messages. However I do understand why it is that way, makes sense. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No real ...

I also don’t like how automated texting hasn’t come out. Lastly, i don’t like that there is not automated templates and responding ...
