Great addition to your marketing

What do you like best? The ability to communicate with people over our website and the integration with our POS to request reviews is paramount in getting customers to provide us with reviews. Podium helps you stay in touch with clients

What do you like best? I like that Podium allows texting with clients, and consolidates all our reviews in one place! What do you dislike? There is a bit of lag time between text delivery What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to stay current on addressing any client issues or less than perfect reviews.

Love it!

What do you like best? Very easy to use. Love that it seems easier to get a hold of customers. Have had nothing but good out of this program. I have not recognized many problems using podium at this time. I think that Podium is a great platform to contact customers and get their feedback What do you dislike? Great company to work with

What do you like best? I love that I can chat with customers and not talk over the phone ! You can just text them! What do you dislike? I don't like that we cant talk to more people .. What do you like best? I love that when Im taking a call with another client I can message another client. Its super fast and convenient and you can definitely schedule more calls.
