It is a convent way to correspond with potential clients.
What do you like best? It lets people find and contact me easily. What do you dislike? It is time consuming to book appointments through Podium. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The best!
What do you like best? Podium makes it possible for customers to give honest reviews, in which turn bring new customers. What do you dislike? Podiums UI is a little tricky to navigate. What do you like best? I appreciate the ability to be able to immediately text and communicate with clients, as well as send files or pictures. What do you dislike? nothing I can think of. the service was great and it was beneficial to my income! What do you like best? Simple to understand. Great way to interact with customers What do you dislike? Nothing. Podium has done everything it was supposed to. What do you like best? How easy is to text customers back and forth. What do you dislike? There are some glitches more often than I would expect. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Some customers cannot answer a phone call but they can reply to texts, that facilitate the communication.

Good tool for communicating with customers!
What do you like best? Ease of communicating with customers. Being able to contact customers directly. What do you dislike? Getting texts at all hours of the night on my cell phone. Some customers are night owls and I get those notifications at whatever time they send it. Should hold text after a certain time and release them in the morning.
