What do you like best? Easy for customers to leave a review by simply replying to a request to review our company. What do you dislike? Haven’t found Any dislikes, very easy for customer to review our company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems. What do you like best? I like the webchat. Made easy and simple for customers to interact with us in live time, even later at night when most/all stores are closed. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like being able to communicate quickly and efficiently with potential customers and follow up on leads in a media friendly environment. What do you dislike? Podium doesn't work well on my phone. I have tried many times to download from Google Play Store but it never finishes loading to my Android. Great way to communicate with and get feedback from customers!

What do you like best? Using podium lets me solicit for reviews easily and quickly to help promote my business online. It also lets me text communicate with those who have questions. What do you dislike? I havent found anything so far that I would say dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We actually can get people yo do google and facebook reviews that other potential customers can see. It is great for that.

Great Program!

What do you like best? Podium makes it easy to stay in contact with clients. It's fast and easy to use, allowing us to quickly contact clients and associates and allowing clients to quickly ask questions of us.
