Great product and easy to use.
What do you like best? The automated messaging system allows us to streamline our review process. It really helps with our office flow. What do you dislike? My least favorite thing about Podium is the inability to weed out any negative reviews before they go live. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Podium has greatly increased our positive reviews online.

I think its a great app to be connected on.
What do you like best? That you can instantly get responses and express how you feel about services. What do you dislike? I don't dislike anything about it. It's wonderful. What do you like best? It does allow happy customers to send positive feedback concerning their services. What do you dislike? It can not differentiate types of contact numbers. Using Podium to get customer feedback is essential to doing my job properly.
What do you like best? Being able to stay connected with customers on the status of their deliveries and if they're having any issues is extremely helpful and makes my job so much easier, knowing my customers are well taken care of. What do you dislike? I haven't found any issues I personally disliked as of yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving work issues and creating a better customer experience overall.

What do you like best? Podium is used by my new employer for addressing online reviews. It's easy to see new reviews. What do you dislike? I think that podium needs a slight redesign to make it easier on the average user. Recommendations to others considering the product: None. Most of the use is by our management team. Great way to communicate with customers
What do you like best? I like how you can talk to customers in real time. Customers really seemed to like how quickly we can respond to their specific questions. What do you dislike?
