very easy to use and great way to communicate with prospect/clients other than email or phone.

Makes your life easier
What do you like best? My favorite thing about podium is how easy it is to use. I get notified right away when I receive a message. Podium, a great tool that will boost your ratings on google and get your employees more involved
What do you like best? ease of use, and tracking employees use to see who is actually using the tool is great. customers really like the access as well. it also allows our sales staff and customers really interact with each other. looking at the stats of all review sites in one place is also a plus. no longer do i have to search though 5 different sites to get an accurate accounting of our reviews. Podium has been a great source for contacting new generation patients that tend to prefer text.
What do you like best? Use friendly and fast delivery times for outgoing messaging. And Helps us stay up to date with patient reviews on both facebook and google. Can have the app on my phone so i can stay in contact with patients without giving my personal information. I can send messages from the office phone number, not just a randomly generated number that may confuse patients. What do you dislike? We love Podium!
What do you like best? Podium is very user friendly. We have enjoyed using it. Its increased our google reviews tremendously and has also generated several leads. What do you like best? I love the simplicity of sending out a review What do you dislike? Nothing really. The system is really easy to use . BOth for myself and the pperson that I'm sending it to. What do you like best? The mobile app makes it very easy to keep in touch with your clients and streamlines the process of assisting with issues and general inquiries. It has also helped boost sales during this pandemic.
