Podium is a great platform that tailors to the needs of the business and consumer.

What do you like best? Easy to use for employees and consumers. What do you dislike? Can only use a email or phone to review from once every 6 months. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a business we are getting our reviews out there and quickly. We can communicate getting reviews from our consumers without having to remind them.

Extremely user-friendly for this anti-tech lady!

What do you like best? I love the fact that my clients can message me, day or night, and I am instantly notified at work on my computer or out of work on my cell phone. We live in a small town and our clients truly are like our extended family. During this pandemic, many clients have opted to shop online. Podium helps me follow up with customers and answer sales-related questions.

What do you like best? Podium is great because it sends an automated survey after every sale. It is also great to answer incoming questions that customers ask. What do you dislike? The only downside to podium is that unless I am sitting at my desk, I don't receive notifications. It would be very helpful if I could hear a tone or beep when I received a message. What do you like best? My favorite thing about podium is how easy it is to use. I get notified right away when I receive a message. What do you like best? The most helpful thing about podium is that it is very user friendly for all age groups. What do you dislike? What do you like best? user friendliness and overall UI. The app is great for sending requests to all you customer to review. I have a very high response rate from any reviews I send.
