My thoughts of Podium

What do you like best? I like the fact that I can direct my clients to a link where they can fill out a customer experience review. What do you dislike? I don’t like the fact that there are sometimes so many glitches that I cannot use Podium properly or I do not get notifications on time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Glitches. Review link and I don’t have to share my personal number with clients.

What do you like best? user friendliness and overall UI. The app is great for sending requests to all you customer to review. I have a very high response rate from any reviews I send. I like the fact that I can see when my customers open the review request,that way I can ask them if they had a chance to complete the review. there are some aspects of the app that i have not yet had a chance to use, the review process is the most important feature to me. What do you like best? The most helpful thing about podium is that it is very user friendly for all age groups. What do you dislike? It’s hard to dislike podiums service when the primary goal is to help build your online reputation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? That there is about 0% reason why every satisfied customer does not at least receive an invite.
