Getting reviews from clients who normally don’t do reviews.

What do you like best? Once podium was set up at our company we didn’t really have to do much to maintain its use to benefit from it. Simplicity, ease of mind. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is an easy way to get reviews. A task we needed to get better at. What do you dislike? I have yet to experience something I would consider a downside. very easy to use and great way to communicate with prospect/clients other than email or phone.

Great product overall.

What do you like best? The texting feature is excellent and we use it almost daily. What do you dislike? I think the monthly charge is a bit high. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're able to stay in touch better with customers with Podium.

What do you like best? It is an easy way to get quick answers to customers. The ease of having the internet accessible while talk to them and not having to constantly put them on hold to look up something. What do you dislike? My thoughts of Podium

What do you like best? I like the fact that I can direct my clients to a link where they can fill out a customer experience review. What do you dislike? I don’t like the fact that there are sometimes so many glitches that I cannot use Podium properly or I do not get notifications on time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Glitches. Review link and I don’t have to share my personal number with clients.

Online reviews are a must have in today's market

What do you like best? The ease of access for a customer to leave a review on Google or FB in incredible. The platform is simple to use and very effective if the RSA utilizes a script with the customer correctly, and makes sure the customer receives the text or email invite while still in the store.
