Huge Boost for Business
What do you like best? Podium makes it easy to communicate with our customers. Most customer shop online or at least research online before coming in. Being able to text message them to share information is easy and convenient. What do you dislike? The interface is pretty minimal which isn’t really a negative. Great experience with Podium

Learning curve

What do you like best? It is a great site to see honest reviews. What do you dislike? Sometimes you get nasty reviews and you get them fixed with the customers but reviews still stays negative Recommendations to others considering the product: Podium is heading the right direction What problems are you solving with the product? Great follow up for referrals and reviews...
What do you like best? That the customer gets a referral to post a review while they are still thinking about the service. What do you dislike? The information service we used to get the information to them wasn't working because of DMS changes (not their fault) and it went unnoticed for a couple of weeks. Easy to use and effective
What do you like best? I use the mobile app (Android) which is very easy to use. I have encountered a few bugs in the past but their tech support was very responsive and addressed them quickly. What do you like best? This software really helps with customer retention and for when you don't want to give out your personal number.
