Huge Boost for Business

What do you like best? Podium makes it easy to communicate with our customers. Most customer shop online or at least research online before coming in. Being able to text message them to share information is easy and convenient. What do you dislike? The interface is pretty minimal which isn’t really a negative. Podium is fantastic!

What do you like best? Podium is easy to use. Its learning curve is also easy to pick up and remember. The user layout is clean and basic - it's hard to get lost within the program itself. It is multi-faceted and covers a lot of your inter-office and inter-client communication needs. Typically the turnaround time between sending a text and receiving a response is much faster, and your reply success rate is much higher, than traditional means of communication. Great follow up for referrals and reviews...

What do you like best? That the customer gets a referral to post a review while they are still thinking about the service. What do you dislike? The information service we used to get the information to them wasn't working because of DMS changes (not their fault) and it went unnoticed for a couple of weeks.
