Good product with strange interface for multiple users
What do you like best? Easy to use, can attach photos, texting via computer is a great idea What do you dislike? With multiple users, there's no way to separate which leads go to who. Easy to use and efficient.
What do you like best? Makes it simple for customers to review our company. What do you dislike? Occasional bugs. Like cannot see the review history for the month of May. Podium will increase your response times and customer experience, as well as your online presence.
What do you like best? Podium allows for quick and easy communication with leads, as well as existing clients. The ability to request reviews through Podium has provided a nice boost to our online presence and the social reinforcement of our company. Easy Podium Review
What do you like best? Ease of use, mobile, anyone can access it. It is nice to have a fair chance to answer internet leads instead of having leads given to specific employees. Also, it is nice to see what other people are saying to their customers to see what actually works. Podium is also very user friendly and there really is no curve when starting it. Best Review Platform We Have Used! Ease of Operation.
What do you like best? Ease of use. Dashboard is amazing to work with! The support- when needed has answered the questions in a timely manner. I love being able to respond to all of the reviews from the Podium platform. That is very convenient. The notifications you receive also make it easy to quickly and accurately respond to your customer's needs/reviews. Podium is a amazing app.
What do you like best? Podium makes it very easy for us to contact with our guest without having to give your guest, or whoever it is that you are working with your personal info. I also like that fact that when our business is close Podium will send that guest a default message stating that the store is closed, but as soon as we open someone will be in contact with them. Podium is fantastic!
What do you like best? Podium is easy to use. Its learning curve is also easy to pick up and remember. The user layout is clean and basic - it's hard to get lost within the program itself. It is multi-faceted and covers a lot of your inter-office and inter-client communication needs. Typically the turnaround time between sending a text and receiving a response is much faster, and your reply success rate is much higher, than traditional means of communication. It's very easy to use and has helped with contacting our clients.
