Many referrals not many sales

What do you like best? I received many referrals. The contact info I received was correct as well. What do you dislike? Most of the referrals never planned out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allowing customers to get in contact when we are not available.

Love this for customers

What do you like best? I really like that I can send a quick link via text for customers that want to give us a 5 star review. It also will only let me send it once in case I forget I did it and try to send it again. It's nice not having to necessarily give out your own personal cell phone for text messages too so you can keep work and personal life separate if you want. What do you dislike? I am new to this platform but I see possibilities

What do you like best? Once you learn to navigate the platform it provides you information to make your interfacing with the customer and their desires easier and knowledgeable. What do you dislike? As with any new platform the learning curve. But use and practice makes perfect. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems but Understanding the customers needs is King.

Good usability but it only lets me attach 3 photos

What do you like best? fast user friendly format. I like the whole concept: being able to send texts and emails from the same website What do you dislike? I can't attach more than three photos, that's pretty lame especially for what I do. We sell Rv's so we're constantly attaching photos to messages and the fact I can only send three slows the process down quite a bit What problems are you solving with the product? Easy and efficient

What do you like best? Everything is very easy to find and use on the platform. What do you dislike? I don’t think there was anything that I disliked. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s made getting customer feedback so much easier. Especially anything negative we’ve been able to turn around.
