What do you like best? You get immediate feedback from customers and it is also a communication source. What do you dislike? There is nothing negative about Podium at this time. What do you like best? G2 system is fairly easy to learn and navigate through. What do you dislike? Rather redundant in that one has to go back and forth to answer questions and close . Recommendations to others considering the product: TAKE YOUR TIME AND READ ALL THE TEXT What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good cross reference to make sure everything is completed.

I think the usefulness will vary from person to person
