What do you like best? I love how user friendly Podium is as a whole. For our office, we are constantly on the move and going a mile a minute. The ease of just selecting the sender information and 2 steps of typing truly help with the ease of getting feedback from our patients. Are you not Social Media Savvy? Well Podium makes it so easy...

What do you like best? That they gave you a link to send someone to leave a review and not to mention the fact that you could get Text msgs from Patient and respond and such. So instead of calling someone I could just text message them and confirm if they were still on their way. Great company with friendly and helpful staff and account representatives

What do you like best? The effectiveness of the tool itself. :) What do you dislike? With multiple locations, sometimes it can be a little difficult to manage. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get bought in early so you can effectively get your team bought in. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're creating a better customer experience for our consumer by allowing them that 'always open' avenue via PODIUM.

Great service, all automated so less work for the business and people love to respond :)
