Excellent service and intuitive product

As Financial Controller for a small business, Pleo has made keeping track of payments and receipts much simpler. It's a very intuitive tool and has saved us a lot of time. I've also been impressed by Pleo's friendly and helpful customer service.

Ever since I got my Pleo card, the amount of annoying work in getting reimbursements has disappeared. Wonder why this company didn't exist long back :D

Integrations save hours of time.

We use Pleo for business spending and in particular travel. It's integrations such as photo upload of receipts and the Gmail inbox automatic receipt upload save hours of time!

This saves me so mush time for my business expenses. No longer need to fill in spreadsheets for my Finance dept. No need to reclaim expenses from my personal Credit card. Made life so much easier. Highly recommended.

What do you like best? As soon as Pleo identifies that a purchase has been made via the card, a reminder is immediately sent making it easy to remember that a copy of the receipt needs to be provided - no more trying to remember what you paid for. Pleo is really bad at customer service - for paying customers

Pleo is - in general - not having a very good customer support. As a paying customer I can not get in contact with them. I've tried using the chat- function on their website - which I'm now "in queue" for for 14 minutes. At the same time I've tried to call them - and just gets an answer machine.Definitely not a very professional company - if they don't take their paying customers more serious. What do you like best? Pleo is a no hassel, easy to use, easy to administre system. It cuts away all the hassles of bills and forgotten receipts. Easy overview of your expenses and an easy and flexible administration of expense accounts. I really like the fact that it doesn't try to do a 1000 things but does a few essential tasks really well.
