Great option - easy to set up and easy to use

What do you like best? Order the cards and as soon as they arrive they can be allocated to users and be used for payments. Really handy app that enables scanning of receipts, tracking activity and a bunch more. Good response from customer service, although had one occasion to try. Good App

What do you like best? Easy to use. Easy to understand how to use it. What do you dislike? It took a minute to understand how it all works... Some functionalities only enables after the first purchase. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I no longer spend 2 hours on the Claim Spreadsheet. It gave me liberty.

Excellent expense management

What do you like best? I get a budget so I know exactly what I can spend. What do you dislike? I have to enter my receipts into another system as well (why?!), but that's not Pleo's fault. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing allocated budget for expenses.

Extremely easy to use and very handy!

What do you like best? Pleo is set up to use on the go on your mobile or on your desktop. It is extremely easy to upload receipts and track expenses, and organise them based on different categories or tags. I particularly like that the app updates you immediately after a purchase, and keeps track of missing receipts for your expenses. What do you dislike? Plain sailing expenses

What do you like best? No paper receipts and easy reports. The users don't need to keep paper copies of receipts or fill out expense reports. No excuse for receipts getting lost. What do you dislike? The most time-saving service

What do you like best? Pleo is really saving a lot of time for both the employees registrations of travel costs as for me when I have to appoint the costs to projects and invoice the customers. Receipts are now always present, the employees delivers it on time and with the interface to e-conomic, it is easy for me to invoice the customers for the expenses. Furthermore we now get the VAT on foreign travel costs refunded due Pleo's service. This more than covers the cost of Pleo. ...
