Solid, reliable expense platform that works really well

What do you like best? Very easy to use and simple. Works just like a normal credit card, with an app that's equally as easy to use. Arrived via a beautiful little package (that I've kept because it's cool). So easy to use, tap or enter PIN just like any other card, open the app. Take a photo the receipt, done. Instant Expenses, I'd never go back

What do you like best? The speed it picks up expenses is immense, Hard to forget to process when the notifcation appears often before the product (depending on the speed of the barista) What do you dislike? Slick, efficient and easy

What do you like best? The branding is lovely and the phone app is so easy to use. I love the immediate listing of transactions and the clear prompts to add receipts. It's very convenient being able to upload pictures via the phone app and tag the expense all in one action, rather than faffing around uploading images to the website and then attaching them to receipts etc. as you do in other system. Nice tool, great UX

What do you like best? The UX is self explanatory. Nothing difficult. Helps you focus on things that matter and not worry about receipt management. What do you dislike? Nothing really. I haven't used it for anything more complex than checking a shared amount and managing payments but the above are easy to do daily. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps me keep being productive and not lose much time on managing receipts.

What do you like best? Easy to upload receipt direcly after purchase. Good integration with accounting system. What do you dislike? Missing possibility to customize card with company brand What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Has made both me and my boss' lives a little better

What do you like best? It has made paying for things much much easier by removing most of the administrative work involved in dealing with receipts. Before this, we used our personal payment means and then had to collect and "report" receipts. My boss would then have to prepare that for our accountant. These days, all I have to do is take a picture of the receipt with my phone (unless it is one of those cases where the receipt is collected automagically) and then I am done :) What do ...

Just takes a load off keeping track of reciepts and expenses

What do you like best? The user system, where everyone have their own card and you get individual notifications of missing reciepts. What do you dislike? You some times get charged an extra fee using the Pleo card What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of expenses, making sure that all reciepts are stored digitally. And we also usually can get rid of "personal expenses" and refunding those.
