A middle man no one asked for

Scammed my money even though Kickstarter product has been refunded. It includes shipping fee and add on, which they said they have no control over. What’s the point of this company then other than taking money?

Worthless addition to Kickstarter and Indiegogo. Pledgebox makes helping startups to be a very frustrating experience. Who came up with this "service" ?? No communication only startups are to blame according to Pledgebox. I have never asked for this service and no one is responsible for it. Can not give 0 stars unfortunally.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. They do not respond to problems. I wish I could give this company 0 stars. They do not respond to problems. A project I backed used PledgeBox and I got added to a spammy newsletter that you literally can't remove yourself from. I did not sign up for that or give permission. Doing some research and finding out the site is run by a marketing company in china, it makes sense. I wish creators would stop using their site.

My name is Simon - I ran a 1000+ backers campaign called Midronome on Kickstarter. I decided to use PledgeBox for Pledge Management. The software is really well made, the backer experience is also very nice, they even have a pretty good handling of Apple ID backers which is always a problem with Kickstarter.
