I used Pledgebox a few times. The low price really helped a lot. Their support is not bad and the system is pretty user-friendly.

Our team ran a few campaigns and used both PledgeBox and Backerkit. Functions are almost the same, but PledgeBox fee is much cheaper.

Backer satisfaction seemed to improve slightly after implementing PledgeBox. Some backers expressed appreciation for the platform's convenience.

The experienc with Pledgebox survey…
The experience with Pledgebox survey was easy and simple. The amount of marketing of other products is a weekly problem. The unsubscribe will not allow you to only unsubscribe from the marketing side but will also discount you feedback on the products you backed. These should be separated, updates for Pledged products and a separate confirmation for marketing emails.

The experience with Pledgebox survey was easy and simple. The amount of marketing of other products is a weekly problem. The unsubscribe will not allow you to only unsubscribe from the marketing side but will also discount you feedback on the products you backed. These should be separated, updates for Pledged products and a separate confirmation for marketing emails.

So much SPAM
So much SPAM You get signed up, not only to PledgeBox's newsletter, but a bunch of other crowdfunding newsletters. PledgeBox's own newsletter is easy enough to unsubscribe from, but the other newsletters they sell your info to are much worse.

A middle man no one asked for
Scammed my money even though Kickstarter product has been refunded. It includes shipping fee and add on, which they said they have no control over. What’s the point of this company then other than taking money?
