Sehr guter Support!
Sehr guter Support!Das Produkt hat ein faires Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wichtiger aber: Bei Supportanfragen wird unverzüglich geholfen und der Anwender mit seinen Wünschen ernst genommen. Manches Mal werden aufgrund der Wünsche von Anwendern Erweiterungen am Produkt vorgenommen.

A perfect transition
We have had Redmine in our own servers for over 10 years, so I was a little concerned with the transition to Planio. However, all went perfect (they were even faster than they said) and now we are happy we made the change.

Wir betreuen als eine von wenigen ISO zertifizierten Steuerkanzleien bundesweit rund 500 mittelständische Emittenten im steuerlichen Projektmanagement. Keine andere Software ist so passend und flexibel wie Planio. Weder Datev, noch Addison, noch BMD Business Software, noch alle anderen typische Steuerberater-System Provider können hier mithalten. The service works very well
The service works very well, the web interface is easy to use and has a nice design. The only problem I faced was that I was not able to copy text from a chat box.

Großartiger redmine Service und Host
Großartiger redmine Service und Host. Bin seit über 10 Jahren redmine Nutzer und seit rund 3 Jahren Planio-Kunde. Unsere redmine-Projekte waren nie in besseren Händen. Es läuft einfach rund und auch der Support ist zur Stelle, wenn man ihn braucht.

The user interface is a little outdated and could use an update, but it offers a lot of customizing options to make it work for you.

Excellent support
Excellent support! We migrated from another system, and although two systems had little in common, support staff migrated everything in just a couple of days.We discussed and planned with Planio support, and at the end of the day got what we have targeted in timely manner.
